I was able to bulk delete prior to what I think was the last Wordpress update. However, it has been a while since I have used the feature to be fair.

I tried the suggested code change in one of the previous posts but that did not resolve the issue.   Thanks!!

But  I fixed  the  code. So  clear all cache  and Ctrl+F5  please  do a test

Reset password and put it in the support data - the option to delete still seems to be greyed out.  Thank you!!

Never mind, I think I did not get cached cleared all the way.  Further testing shows that it is working now.  Really appreciate you doing this.
