Hi, if the plugin doesn't work with my theme - I use Woodmart - can we expect a refund?

Unfortunately, incompatibility with third party plugins/themes is not a reason for the refund
And especially for such cases we have a free version - https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-products-filter/ - I recommend that you do not buy the plugin until the free version works well on your site
