I run a small town record shop and am trying to figure out how to setup Husky product filters but can't seem to get the plugin to work how I need it configured.

Hoping someone can help!

I have several product pages:

https://cd-cafe.com/vinyl-2/

https://cd-cafe.com/c-ds/

https://cd-cafe.com/cassettes/

https://cd-cafe.com/dv-ds/

https://cd-cafe.com/games/

Each of these product categories (Vinyl, CDs, Cassettes, etc) have their own specific product tags.

For example, Vinyl, has Rock, Metal, Jazz, Classical, etc. But DVDs have BluRay, Romantic Comedy, Action Adventure, etc.)

I would like to add filters in each of these pages but I only want to display the certain categories, product tags, and filter products on these pages by the tags relevant for them.

For example, for Vinyl, I would only want to display tags for Rock, Jazz, Classical, etc. Whereas for DVDs I would only want to display Action, Adventure, RomCom, BlueRay. So on and so forth.

I have really tried figuring it out and watched all the tutorials and don't see a way to do that.

Please Help!

Thanks!

Hello

Please paste your license key here - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134511.png

Update the plugin to latest version - https://products-filter.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato

The problem is that you are using custom pages and the filter does not receive data about the current taxonomy (tag)

Please follow my recommendations and we will try to configure your filter

Hi Pablo,

Thank you for your quick response. Sorry it took so long to get back to you about this. I just posted my license key to the private data for this support request. At least I think I posted the license key. The receipt had it listed as the Item Purchase Code. I've also updated the plugin and running Version 3.3.4.5.

Looking forward to your feedback and recommendations.

Thanks,

Pat

Hello Pat

latest version is 3.3.5.3

so please update the plugin to latest version - https://products-filter.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato

You should set up a separate shortcode for each page.  The main thing is to specify the attribute"taxonomies" - https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof

You can use a shortcode generator - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240521122434.png
