Hi :)

We moved our server today and have installed Bear again. However now it wont let us search for products. Sometimes it works, but then it gives us the top 10 newest products first and then the result. The new server was using PHP 8.1, but we tried degrading to 8.0 which earlier has worked, but without effect. We have also tried to reinstall the plugin and install the newest free version instead of the Pro. Any solution to this?

we are running PHP 8.0 with MySQL 8.0.26

I have sent support an email as I can not find our License Key, waiting for their reply.

I have tried adding the code but without change in the plugin. Bear shows the newest results but will not let me search for anything.

New issue here...

 

When we make a change in Bear - f.ex. updating the stock, it does change, but after a second or two it pops back or even to 0. Any idea?

It looks like this is a conflict with a third party plugin. Do you have any sync or import plugins or anything like that?

Have you checked the product page after this operation? You should check if the number of products has changed on the edit page.
