Can't get filters to show consistency on Divi template shop page

Hi,

I've set the plugin up before on other Divi sites, but on this dev site http://176.74.20.8/~giftsfromme2u/shop/ I created a Divi template for the shop page. I've also set up WooSidebars and assigned a new sidebar for the shop and added Woof Filters to that sidebar. I've mirrored Woof settings from other sites (https://www.gardenlifelogcabins.co.uk/shop and https://www.campbellsofbeauly.com/shop/) which are correctly configured to show the plugin.

The shop template on the dev site includes a sidebar module, and when editing the shop template I can see Woof Filters - https://ibb.co/gjngNHr - price range and categories are what I want and I can see the,.

However, when I look at the front end - https://ibb.co/qntnDPf - nothing shows in the left column (where the Divi sidebar module is) and the filters above the products don't display the price range.

I've gone through every setting trying to get the sidebar filter menu to show and it will not display - https://ibb.co/nnhTjKg - yes/no/yes desktop only/yes mobile only don't change anything.

Please can you explain what I need to do to get the filters showing in the left column on desktop and only above the products on mobile?

Unfortunately my plugin doesn't manage the display of widgets, it depends on your theme.

The filter by price is not displayed because all your products have the same price.  Please change the price of at least one product

Thanks for getting back to me, but this really isn't very helpful.

  1. On the other websites that I use the plugin both have the Woof widget in the shop side bar - example here: https://ibb.co/vDwGH6L. The Divi theme allows the shop sidebar to be added to the shop template page. If the plugin works on other websites as a widget within the sidebar, why does it not work here: http://176.74.20.8/~giftsfromme2u/shop
  2. The product prices are all different - there are 28 pages worth of products with different prices - despite this the price range tool does not show up.

I've asked my client to share the license key and I will forward it as soon as I have it.
