Hi there,

I have been using BEAR for a while now. However, for some reason the filter for our EAN metafield is not working properly.
We have a metafield for our product EAN numbers which is populated with all our EAN-numbers. Yet, whenever I insert an EAN-code, of which I am 100% certain the EAN code is there, it display"No data available in the table".
Perhaps it has something to do with it not working properly with product variations (all our products are variable products with multiple or single product variations)?

We really need this filter to work since we mostly use these EANs for connecting products with suppliers. We need to be able to find products easily whenever there are any issues.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards,

Xando

hello Xando

Search for custom meta fields only works for parent products

I see,

Is there a way to enable search for custom meta fields for variations as well?

Hello

Unfortunately the plugin does not have this feature.
