when i try to edit the options of the plugin i get the below error on query monitor plugin.

Persistent object cache plugin not in use
The APCu object cache extension for PHP is installed but is not in use by WordPress. You should install a APCu plugin.
i have disable all plugins and theme but the issue still exist and happen when i try to save the new settings and also the structure of the menu is broken.

the error appeared only when i save the configurations and after the refresh the options are rollback to the original.
