Bulk Edit for Sale Price revert to Normal price not working

Try to apply bulk edit and it's not working. Then if I do select items, it affects all items.

In a nutshell:

I filter first. The products I wish to apply the bulk edit to appear. I go to Bulk Edit. Check mark the box. Enter"0", and choose regular price minus value. I hit"Do Bulk Edit". It goes through like its doing it and then never updates the sale price.

Unable to upload video. I tried to take screenshots, but they won't upload either, don't have a shareable link for photos. Information displayed is proprietary, so cannot share.
