Building product filters w/o programming knowledge

Hi,
I am in the process of building a new electronics site with WooCommerce and with product filters.
Some aspects:
- site has more than one XML file with product categories, prices, etc.
- I want that filter opens when a person clicks on certain products (i.e. categories like CPU,memory,SSD open when a person clicks on computer)
- when person clicks consumables he then gets different set of filters (like manufacturer, type, ...)
Target is site with look as:
- https://www.newegg.com/Laptops-Notebooks/SubCategory/ID-32?Tid=6740
- https://www.newegg.com/Internal-SSDs/SubCategory/ID-636
or
- https://www.cyberpowersystem.co.uk/category/laptops/
or

I am experienced computer user, but not a programmer or so, and I wonder if I am skilled enough to do this in a timely matter by myself.

I wonder if I am skilled enough to do this - I'm sure that if you don't read/look at the documentation, the chances that you'll be able to customize the plugin are much lower.
