When I am in a product category and apply a filter, the breadcrumbs disappear.

I tried disabling the swoof influence, it solved the breadcrumbs problem but the filters didn't work well after that. Im using the Yoast SEO breadcrumbs. Is there any solution for this problem? Thanks in advance.
