Hi, I bought the plugin in 2023 and I want to use it on a single page.
But after having it installed, it is like the free version.
So, what do I need to do, to have the pro-version that I bought?

Hello

Please download the paid version from envato. You don't need to make any additional payments, the plugin should be available for download from your account.  And install this plugin.

My problem is: with the new theme I use, the package came with a free version of the plugin.
And it has a different name.

My is still"prdctfltr" but the system needs the plugin named"woocommerce-products-filter".

"prdctfltr" - This is a third party plugin, we have nothing to do with it.

It is the plugin directory after I installed it, downloaded again form themeforest.

Maybe I am completely wrong ... I will check again.
