I've jyst installed BEAR Pro and I found that Filters Tab do not render correctly on Safari Ver. 13.1.2 (13609.3.5.1.5) - see this screenshot.

I would like to add that on this version of Safari the vertical scroll bar (blue one developed by you, there is no system one) works incorrectly, i.e. when I display all the columns in the window, it should disappear or show a fully filled bar (because there is nothing to scroll horizontally) but it still is visible (see linked screenshot) .
