Avada Postcards - is this a product template?
It's what they call a Layout which uses their Fusion builder, so it is not using the woocommerce products...

Ok! Most likely this template has its own custom loop and does not hear search requests.
In Ajax mode, this most likely won't work at all.

Thank you for this... can I ask if it will work like this:-
On mobile, we want the filter to appear when the icon is pressed (option to open)
Then we want the customer to be able to choose a few filter options... then press"show me" or similar to see the results...
Is this how it can work?

Sorry for delayed response.
The above didn't work but I have been investigating another filter plugin that gave me a shortcode to apply before the postcards and it worked and I was hoping that maybe you could supply me with a similar solution, if it was easy, so I could use yours instead...
This was the fix that they showed me... is there an easy fix like this?

How do I apply the woof-not-widget? I tried adding the shortcodes to my Avada page but it didn't seem to work...

[woof_products per_page=9 columns=3 is_ajax=0]
It is calling the wrong postcards (as above) and generally not looking like I want it...
All I want to do is put the widget in your woof-not-widget on mobile. And make it stay open when making selections :-)

I have found the setting in the widget which says"Hide the widget on a mobile device and a button appears to show the filter"
When set to YES, the filter is hidden but there is no button to open it... please can you advise
