Attribute Order Is missing or it does not exit on it.

Hello I just want to first say congratulations in the amazing job that you have done till now,
Can you please tell me how can I change the display order for each attributes by using the bulk editor,
and Im not referring to change the columns on the bulk editing area, that I know how to do it. By going to settings and moving the respective property to the place you wan it. I'm referring to the order each attribute is displayed on the front end.
For example I have Attributes : Color and Size right now Color is displaying first and Size after as second. Now I would like to display it differently but I only want to do it to certain products. I just can not see the where I can change this value on the bulk editor.
Any luck with my question guys did any body understand it?
