Hey there,

I'm using the awesome free version of the plugin. Thank you!  I'm having the same issue as posted already. All the categories work but one of them,"cutting boards", which we should have about 16 products . The site is : https://thehippieshusband.com/shop/

Thanks for any help!

Hello

Check visibility settings for these products - https://c2n.me/4hgtSDO.png

Thank you for the reply,

All products are public and set to visible for shop and search results.

Here is the Atlas cutting board you can see it on the shop page, but not after clicking cutting boards: https://ibb.co/S7GcL8K

the Plugin settings: https://ibb.co/Brhqg0c

Product category ID: https://ibb.co/DgR4jhr

I know you cant spend a ton of time with me using the free version, if we cant fix it, I can just buy the pro version.

Thanks!

Hello

Ok!  For test:  Please  disable  my  plugin  and  try  these  links:

https://thehippieshusband.com/shop/?product_cat=charcuterie-serving-boards

and

https://thehippieshusband.com/shop/?product_cat=cutting-boards

If the result is the same, then this is a Woocommerce conflict with third-party code

Hey,

Strangely enough after disabling your plugin, the cutting boards link would not show, but the other one would. So I cleared the wp-engine cache, still the same. So I updated woo commerce and two other plugins, then reactivated the Woof filter plugin, and now things are working. I guess were all good now! Obviously not an issue with your plugin but on my end somewhere.

Thanks for taking the time to help me out with this. I have written a 5 star for you on the wordpress plugin page.

Thanks!

Hello

Great!  Thank you  and  welcome;)
