AJAX problems

I have configured the WOOF product filter on https://loddersgroentechniek.nl/ (Divi). I turned on the AJAX option, then a lot went wrong. I can't access any theme builders and I get a lot of HTTP 500 errors. Unfortunately I can't seem to turn off the AJAX option. I'm kinda stuck, because I would like to still use the plugin.
Can you help me here? Hope to hear from you.

Thank you for your reply. The problem is that the whole site goes down when I enable the plugin. It is enabled now and the website is down. I can still enter the wp-admin though. Everything worked fine with the filter installed on product pages. Then I turned on the AJAX option in the settings. From that moment the site went down. Unabling the plugin solves that.

The problem is that I can't turn the AJAX setting back off. No matter how ofter I try, it stays on 'No' after saving. How do I turn the AJAX setting back off?
