After trying to Ajaxify the archive page (successfully it would seem), I have a strange undesired side-effect happening.
Everything seems normal at first, but right after I try to filter the products, a button shows up under each product named"options choices" which directs to the product page (all of my products are variable if that changes anything).
Additionally, breadcrumbs show after I try to filter only (so not at first, only after I filter).
Everything goes back to normal after I deactivate the AJAX option in the plugin settings.
Could you please indicate to me what to look for to solve this issue?

This is ajax mode incompatibility with your theme
It looks like your theme settings are hiding some standard page elements. But unfortunately in ajax mode these settings do not work
In this case, you should disable ajax
