Ajax / filters disappear after reload

I try to handle filtering across multiple product attributes.
1) Car brand (translation = značka) - firt filter below price filter
2) Model - car model, conditionally hidden before user choose car brand
Using Ajaxify shop, I can easily choose between multiple combined brands, model. As expected.
However, after F5, the ,,Model" just blink and completely hide, and ,,Car brand" show only checkboxes I have already checked (so I cant add more car brands).

Maybe I just cannot find the setup that is working as expected on https://demo.products-filter.com/.
