Hello,

On our site we are using WOOF filters. We didn't have this problem before, also on our beta site this plugin is working fine.

The issue is that when 1 filter is applied all of the other filter options disappear. Only In stock, price bar and reset button remain.

I doublechecked the settings of the live site vs. the beta and the settings are exactly the same.

In the secret area you can find the settings and the urls to both sites.

Hello Mika

Can  you  drop me   wp-admin access? I will  check  it

Hello Pablo, after doing a lot of testing to rule out what was causing this the problem was located.

We use the plugin WOOF by Category to have more flexibility on category level. Unfortunately this plugin, or the WOOF filters itself caused redirects that made the WOOF filter options disappear. Maybe the new update from your plugin caused this behavior.

Is there a way within the WOOF filters plugin to disable this redirecting after a filter option has been selected?

Hello

Please check  option -  Advanced->Options - https://c2n.me/45nWyUx.png

Maybe the new update from your plugin caused this behavior. -  We did not make such changes in the plugin.
