Good morning,

I am already the proud owner of a Bear license and would now like to buy the filter plugin. Unfortunately, I get neither the filter button nor the colors adjusted in my test environment. For example, instead of the button, I would like to have the Filter button + maybe a small icon. But that would not be mandatory. Unfortunately, the colors always remain blue. Can you please help me?

Hi Pablo,

Thank you for your help. The filter is currently only running in a test environment and is therefore not visible from the outside. The picture worked great. Now all I need is the color.

I have to ask another stupid question. I have now installed the plugin on the live version and, as far as I know, adopted all the settings from the test environment.

I therefore have two questions:

1. Can I somehow export/import the settings?
2. Is it possible that something on the live environment is blocking the filter?

Hi, thanks for the tip,

I have now exported in the test environment and imported in the live version. Still, the two are not the same. Is there a possibility, for example, that WP Rocket is blocking something. The cache plugins do not run in the test environment.

On the pictures you can see the live version where it is wrong and the staging where everything is correct. You can also look at the filter online on the domain. I'll leave it online for you to watch now.
