adding my attribute to the variations is not working like {attribute:pa_handytyp-ringe}

I have tried to add my different attributes to the variations of the main variable product.
Once it was working, but not anymore.
Can you help me on this. I selected the correct product and added in title under Bulk Edit the attributes for the product. It is not working anymore with one and even not with more attributes.

Added a filter to the function.php but this was just working once and If I change the attribute is not working again.
