in my install, I realized that the add new product button is missing. But it is there on your videos.

Ok, I found it, just a filter was on the list and it seems product can't added if filters are on.

But I have another question. As I will upload thousands of product images I use HappyFiles plugin to handle images into folders etc. But when I try to set a new default image using BEAR, only the default media Library opens and the folders are missing. Is there a way to use the folders?

Hello

We use standard  WP  functionality to add images. Unfortunately, I don't know why the third-party plugin doesn't add folders.

please contact the support of a third-party plugin - they may have limited the pages on which their plugin works
