Add category "description" textarea in category new term popup

Hi, I am a new customer from here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-only-plugin-that-meets-my-need/. I neeed some help. How can I add the category"description" textarea in the category new term popup? There are name, slug, parent category thereĀ but no description. Unfortuneately we need this field in deed.

By the way, how can I activate the plugin in my site. I don't see any activation option in the plugin page.
