ACF field duplicated, quadrupled itself

I have a WooCommerce site in staging and wanted to add one of the custom fields to the product filter. It's just a 1/0, true/false field. It was showing in the Structure section just fine, without having to add it through the Meta Data tab, however there was no heading showing above it and there were no options in its Settings like the other fields/attributes in the Structure tab.
I thought that maybe adding it"officially" through Meta Data would make the options come through, like to show the"Show title label" and"Tool tip", however it did not, it still just said"No data". Then I noticed that the field had quadrupled itself on the Structure tab and the 4 repeated options are all connected. You can't turn off just one, you have to change them all to No or all to Yes; it's all 4 or nothing.
I deleted the Meta Data field but that didn't change anything.
What should I do now?
