I'm currently building a website in a staging area using your filter. When I try to use the price filter I get a page not found. Is there something that I've missed in the settings?

Please  update  the  plugin  to latest  version (2.2.9.2). I ask you to do this because I see what version of the plugin you are using.

Hello Pablo, I've updated the plugin. Then disabled it like you asked. When  I click on the link I get a page not found

Sounds like a problem with your current theme. This link is with a standard price filter query, so this is the incompatibility of the current theme with Woocommerce

I have already seen such a problem with the DIVI theme

So I have to contact DIVI about this? I found out that the standard price filter by woocommerce also gives a 404 page. But what about the mobile version? The filter doesn't work at all on mobile.

The filter doesn't work at all on mobile -  Only one filter (shortcode/widget) can be displayed on one page. The problem is that the widget with the filter is configured as autosubmit=No and this setting conflicts with the filter in the header

Solutions:

Removed widget (sidebar) for mobile devices

OR

On widget settings  autosubmit=Yes
