Hi Support Team,

 

I've recently purchased your plugin and installed/watched videos and I receive a 404 error on the filter slider. I've looked through past tickets and seen your message about testing the native theme and on doing this the slider function does work so I'm assuming my theme isn't supported by your plugin?

Divi is the theme I've built the new site on?

Can you let me know if this the case and if there is a work around otherwise I'll require a refund to search for an alternative plugin.

Please  disable  my  plugin  and  do  test  with  native  woocommerce price  filter. The result will be the same - This means that your current theme is incompatible with woocommerce.

Pretty disappointed with your response.  I've built many sites with Divi and woo-commerce and know this theme is compatible with the woo-commerce plugins. As mentioned above I tested the native theme with your plugin and it does work so I'll be requesting a refund through themeforest and I recommend you list theme's you know aren't compatible with Divi being a very popular theme and I'm sure you would have come across this before from looking at past support tickets.

I recommend you list theme's you know aren't compatible with Divi - This problem has nothing to do with my plugin.

 I'm sure you would have come across this before from looking at past support tickets. - Yes you are right and there has always been a problem with the Divi theme
