3 Tier Filtering, Not showing

I just noticed that my product filter is not showing 3 tiers of product categories anymore. I have the products In categories with parent categories like this: UTV Products ---> UTV Accessories --->UTV Door Bags. The filter seems to work fine once we are in UTV Accessories or UTV Door Bags but If you are trying to filter from the top category UTV Products it is showing limited to no options until i go into a subcategory. I have search through options but have come up with nothing
