2 issues: Pagination doesn't work and "Filter" button disappears

As I've stated in the title, I have 2 issues that need to be resolved urgently in my woocommerce site.
The first is, that after applying filters in the shop page, the pagination stops working, as in, when I try to click the numbered buttons, the page doesn't change to mirror this action. Only when I refresh the page that it changes.
The second is everything seems alright in at the top of the shop page, the filters are working fine, but, when I click the"Reset" button, the"Filter" button just vanishes, leaving me unable to access the filters, as it is an off-canvas sidebar with filters.
As mentioned, these issues must be resolved ASAP, and so, any help with these is highly appreciated.

Since posting, I've managed to solve the second issue.
Now onto the first, I've since changed the pagination to infinite scroll, yet your plugin doesn't seem to support this, as when I filter products and even after removing the filters, the infinite scroll breaks and pagination appears. Any idea on how to solve this?

Unfortunately not . This feature makes separate requests to the database and does not hear the search arguments.

Incompatibility with third-party plugin/theme is not a reason to the refund

But this is more than incompatibility, because the filter button disappears when it shouldn't, infinite scrolling doesn't work, though it is advertised as such and pagination only works sometimes. All these correspond to Item is not as described or the item doesn’t work the way it should which is a reason for refund.
