We are using"Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce" plugin. In the last week they did a new update, From that time some of behavior plugin do not working well, I ask for support and let them admin login to our website the check the issue. This is the answer they answered me below, please let me know if you can help me in that plugins conflict.

In the latest version of our plugin, we have upgraded our plugin requirement as per WooCommerce updates. But some of your plugin or theme removed that dependency which makes the issue.

Now we have disabled"selectWoo" dependency in our plugin settings.

But still, we could see the issue on your site and found that there is a console error from the plugin"WOOF - WooCommerce Products Filter". Due to this console error, the javascript is not working on that page. We have temporarily deactivated the above plugin and confirmed that everything is working.

Currently, we have again activated the above plugin. Since the console error is from the WOOF - WooCommerce Products Filter plugin, we suggest you to contact their support and fix the console error.

The woof works just fine without a problem, but after updating Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce plugin to the new version from 3.1.3 to 3.1.4 the problem still exists.

That is, I do not have the exact information where the problem is and what causes the fact that the extra calculation of shipping cost field that I defined works fine in 3.1.3 and does not work in 3.1.4

What do you suggest to do? Should I contact Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce developers once again?  To Another check support after your change?
