Hello,

After using your Woof product filter for a while in the free version I decided to purchase the full version. It's a great product.

I do, however, have one problem: the filter work perfect on our Dutch page, but on the English page it does not show any results, only a blank page. We use WPML.

With other seach function the English works fine and shows results.

https://www.voiceovers.be is our site. Do you have any idea what could be the cause of this?
THank you so much.

Best regards
Martin der Weduwe

Hello

Please   update plugin to latest version (Yes, there was an update recently) - https://products-filter.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato/

Try  this  option -  plugin settings->Advanced->Options - https://c2n.me/43NOPl4.png

If  no luck  - drop me  wp-admin access -  https://c2n.me/42BAoj4.png

Hello,

Thank you for the reply, I updated the plugin and changed the setting, and I think it solved it.

But now the Woof widget has completely disappeared from the site, and I can not add it again in Elementor either?

Thanks for your help!

Hello

I can not add it again in Elementor either? -  Yes, this is a conflict with a third-party plugin

You can try  in file - \wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-products-filter\index.php - delete this  code  - https://c2n.me/43QbfpV.png ( But it may cause other errors. )

Hi,

I deleted the code and the widget is back, so far so good. Thank you for your help.
Did you by any chance know which 3rd party plugin was the cause? I might not need it.

Thanks!

Hello

Did you by any chance know which 3rd party plugin was the cause?  - Elementor. After updating this plugin, it began to cause a conflict. We were forced to add this code to disable our widget.

Hello,

Do you have any news on a possible solution yet?
With the deleted line of code the plugin works in both languages, but unfortunately the dropdown menu dissapears after a category (language) has been chosen.

Thanks again!

Martin

Hello Martin

Please  drop me  exact  link to  the  issue and  describe in more detail what should I do to get this error

Hi Pablo,

Sure: the first option you select in the product filter will dissapear from the screen. Just click on anything in the filter on this page https://www.voiceovers.be/stemmen/

Most people will of course start with the category dropdown, after which the dropdown is gone and they can't go back to another choice.

In the English version it's even worse, since there if you choose something, nothing happens at all. https://www.voiceovers.be/en/voices/

The filter used to work really, so I am worried since my client cannot use it like this. Thanks for your help!

Hello Martin

Yes, this is very strange behavior.

Do you have a test site?  if  no - create clone of it by https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ and send me access there (wp-admin + ftp)
