Woof Filter stop working after csv import of products

I'have a licence but i did'nt find the private data place ? Where can i send my my licence ?
I did install WOOF and it was working well with a few products for testing. Today I dis import 32 products with categories, and since that the Plugin doesn't work. When clic on the FILTER button, nothing happen ..
