I have a sub categories of wireless microphone and horn speaker But it didn't show in the filter if I choose image.. is there anyway to show it?

actually the problem is not how to insert the image but the filter do not show the filter of sub categories like wireless mic and horn speaker, so I cant insert it for the sub categories.
or the filter image do not support the sub categories?
