Widget Filtering redirecting to shop page when redrawing

I have put a [woof tax] widget in my homepage with 6 dropdowns and redraw/ajax/resubmit=1 .
While the visitor chooses any filter, the values are redrawing perfectly without redirecting to any page (CORRECT)
If the visitor clicks the search button, it redirects perfectly to the shop page with the ?swoof=1 and all arguments (CORRECT)
But, if the visitor clicks the back button at the browser and comes back to the homepage where the [woof tax] is located and the selected filters are still selected and clicks any of the dropdown filter to change the filtering, then it starts redirecting to shop page again and not staying there just to redraw.
