A complex theme is more likely to conflict with ajax mode.
And such conflicts arise because theme developers do not follow the standards and use custom solutions.

And maybe the competitive plugin of XforWoocommerce - this plugin has no issue with pagination and is quite quick but has the problem with attributes permalinks :)

This is strange but today the problem is gone.
Maybe I set"Optimize loading of WOOF JavaScript files" to Yes at the end of the day... I am not sure...
The url of pagination is still the same:
https://via-promoda.pl/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?paged=2
but after clicking - the second page is loading.
Is it works like it should this way?

One more thing. On mobile - when using FILTRUJ - the popup with filter appears and after using filter (ajax mode) - the popup does not disappear - on other solutions I tried - it disappear after ajax results refresh.
