Products Filter tooltip using flatsome theme

Hello,I need to use the tooltip feature with the Products Filter plugin and a step by step process.
However it does not seem to work as a possible conflict with the flatsome theme.https://www.ceiswitches.com/rf-switch-configurator/
Is there anything that can be done to make the tooltip work?
Or can some other code or css be added to allow for instructions during the step by step process?

Unfortunately I can not resolve this conflict
In this case, you can use the tooltips for theme( https://c2n.me/49uHGN8.png ) OR for filter (disable tooltips in theme).
