Hi,

After many months of performing very well my Products Filter has stopped working all of a sudden.

See any page on ww.rugsuk.com but here is a sample page: https://www.rugsuk.com/traditional-rugs/

The options of selecting goods by Material/Size/Type/Shape/Brand all no longer work at all, click them and nothing happens.

The colour options select but don't sort the results.

The Filter by Price slider once selected cant be deselected unless you leave the page, it become stuck to the mouse.

I updated Woocomerce blocks recently and a couple of other plugins but not the main woocomerce or wordpress etc so I don't know what the problem is. Can you help?

Where would I find my licence key? it's been two years approx. and I have no clue where to find it. I can't see in in wp-admin anywhere and can't find it in my emails.

That's really odd as it still isn't working for me. Just tested it on my phone as well and it's not working on there either. I asked my wife to check on her laptop and it's not working on there either so how on earth did you get it working for you ;)

If I hover over any of the buttons that no longer work I get"javascript: void(0);" displaying in the bottom left of my screen so it looks like maybe javascript is being blocked somehow or is this working as intended?

I have tried different browsers, different pc's in different locations and nothing I do enables me to see it working so I am very confused how you appear to have videoed it working.

Your filter now works on a lot of the pages and even seems to work on all of them if I am logged into wordpress. If I am logged out, as all my customers are, then your filter still won't work on certain pages, such as :

https://www.rugsuk.com/traditional-rugs/ also https://www.rugsuk.com/rugs/traditional/ ( the tags version doesn't work either)

https://www.rugsuk.com/modern-rugs/  but https://www.rugsuk.com/rugs/modern/ (here the tag version DOES work)

These above are in the main menu but strangely  https://www.rugsuk.com/plain-rugs/ also in the main menu works fine. BUT the tag version doesn't.

It appears to be okay again now.  Clearing cache made no difference though, not the Ctrl+F5 both of which I tried many times yesterday. However it seems to have sorted itself out overnight.

Have you ever actually made any changes or have you simply waited until it worked and then said it was fixed? as if you fixed it by making a change maybe it has been overwritten

i.e. is this server related and not something you have fixed in the code?

Can I discuss this with you via email rather than on public forums?

have you simply waited until it worked and then said it was fixed? - waited???? It's faster and easier for me to fix the problem than to wait.  I fixed the bug and added it to the new version so that this does not happen again for users with the same server setting

if you fixed it by making a change maybe it has been overwritten  - Yes, or maybe you have updated / installed a third-party plugin that causes a JS error

if the error appears again - Please  open browser console (F12) and drop me a screenshot of the JS error
