Products filter doesn't appear on my shop page

The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. If you have problems with registration ask help on contact us page please

I downloaded the products filter plugin and followed the instructions but the filter doesn't appear on my shop page. I'm using a theme from DIVI.

I'm not sure what to do or how to fix it... hope you can help!
