For some reason if you click on one of the colors, the amount of results that come back does not match the label. Any ideas of why this may be? I looked and played with some of the settings but could not get it to correct itself. Thank you.

Update the plugin to latest version - https://products-filter.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato

Hey Pablo,

On the chance that we didn't have the updated version because of the switch over from Woof to Husky, I installed this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-products-filter/ which was technically a downgrade I guess. In any event, it is still not showing the correct count of items. Clearly, this is up-to-date now since it was released 2 weeks ago. Any thoughts?

Hello

You used a very old paid version of the plugin, now you have installed the latest free version of the plugin

Please check  options - https://c2n.me/4iheMO9.png

Use standard category (archive) pages. Otherwise, the plugin will not have information about the current category

Hello There,

Setting everything to categories instead of attributes does work much better in terms of count. However other than excluding id's, visibility, and publish status why an entire category would not show up when clicking on the filter option?

Hello

Sorry, I didn't understand you, please describe it in more detail.

Hello,

We have a category called"Clearance." We have 8 active products assigned to it. None of them show up under the product filter on the front end. We do not have any excluding id's, all 8 products are visible, and the products are published. What might be causing this?

-Jason

Hello

OK.  Are you sure that you have products that have these two categories(Clearance and Gabbeh rugs  ) at the same time

Hello There,

Gabbeh isn't a category it is just the name of the page.  However, clearance is definitely a category. We only have one category that isn't showing up in the category clearance. A few items are assigned to other categories, but those seem to be working minus the ones that are also in clearance.  Those products just don't show up. I have no idea what else to check to make sure that they do.

Hello

Ok! https://asiantraderugcompany.com/gabbeh-rugs/  - but this is the taxonomy (archive) page. This means that products have data about the current taxonomy in the request.  Try to make a test on a simple shop page
