Hello there!

I lately noticed an odd issue regarding displayed filters, when browsing through the shop and navigating from one category to another and back to shop archive and so on.

The issue is as follows:

I am using woof products and woof filter shortcodes in each of these pages (shop archive, specific product categories depending on each product category id the shortcode varies)

So what happens is, that I browse to shop archive for example for the first time. All filters are displayed correctly and as desired. Now I navigate to a product category page. All filters are still displayed ok.

No I browser further to any other product category and now the oddness happens: the filters displayed no longer match currently visited product category page, but the previous one, as if the filters had been cached. As soon as I reload the page the filters are being output correctly again.

This now happens to any product category page and even the shop archive when referrer is a product category page.

Here you can reproduce this and see the behaviour live:

  1. shop archive: https://b2b.creano.shop/produktwelt
    shop archive filter shortcode: [woof is_ajax=1 per_page=18 tax_exclude="pa_farbe" columns=3]
  2. a product category page: https://b2b.creano.shop/produkt-kategorie/tee/
    used filter shortcode here: [woof is_ajax=1 per_page=18 taxonomies=product_cat:$$$ columns=3]
some product categories use tax_only and/or by_only=none attributes in the filter shortcodes, depending if needed.
  3. any other product category page (f.e. via main menu B2B submenu items): https://b2b.creano.shop/produkt-kategorie/glasdesign/
    used filter shortcode here: [woof is_ajax=1 per_page=18 taxonomies=product_cat:$$$ columns=3]

Switching forth and back between these page will trigger the unwanted behaviour.

Do you know what might cause this issue?

Hello

I cannot verify anything, I am redirected to this page - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20211007130021.png

please paste your license key here - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130558.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130614.png and  wp-admin access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130637.png

Update  the  plugin to latest  version - https://products-filter.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato

I am running the latest plugin version.

So sorry for the redirect. I forgot that unverified users are unable to access the product catalog. But you can check here instead: these are the B2C versions of the product category and shop archive pages:

  1. shop archive: https://creano.shop/produktwelt
    shop archive filter shortcode: [woof is_ajax=1 per_page=18 tax_exclude="pa_farbe" columns=3]
  2. a product category page: https://creano.shop/produkt-kategorie/tee/
    used filter shortcode here: [woof is_ajax=1 per_page=18 taxonomies=product_cat:$$$ columns=3]
some product categories use tax_only and/or by_only=none attributes in the filter shortcodes, depending if needed.
  3. any other product category page (f.e. via main menu B2B submenu items): https://creano.shop/produkt-kategorie/glasdesign/
    used filter shortcode here: [woof is_ajax=1 per_page=18 taxonomies=product_cat:$$$ columns=3]

This entire system is still in development - final domain will be creano.com -

Oh I just noticed, that there was Woof plugin version 2.2.5.4 running in this setup.

I updated to v 2.2.5.6 and it seems that the described issue was fixed in this update. :)

Hello

OK! Great!
