Dear Woof Team,
I have been using your service/plugin for a while now and I am really happy about the products response so far.
But lately I am having some issue with the filter in particular. Particulary in the filtering of products, the load speed is very very slow
The plugin I am using for filter is - Woof product filter.(using the latest version)

Hi,

Can you please check the admin panel and see if anything is wrong. I have already shared my admin credentials in the private data section. I have already tried according to the above article you gave me but there is no betterment in the performance.

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply. But I am just using 3 terms currently -"categories","brand" and" merchant"
If I have to disable them what is the use of my website?
Is there any better solution for the problem?

1) We have noticed there is a"Turbo Mode" extension of the filter, do you think that would work? What are the implications of using that extension?
2) Is that possible with your filter to show just the top 10/20 brand taxonomy (based on number of results) instead of having them all shown in the filter? I am not saying to delete all the taxonomy, just set the filter in a way that keeps only the top 20.

Hello

1)  You can try if this does not work just turn it off. But more than 2000 terms are a lot for"turbo mode"

2) You need customization of the code. To remove unnecessary terms try  to  use hook -  https://products-filter.com/hook/woof_sort_terms_before_out/
