Page redirects to shop page once filter is selected

I'm having issue with the plugin. I was using free version and i purchased the premium one to check if the issue can be resolved or not.
Still whenever i select any filter the page reloads to shop page. While I'm in any category page it just reloads to shop page. Please help me out with this.
I read a few articles and tried disabling SWOOF Influence as well. But it didn't worked.
If I'm in apparel category then it should not redirect me to shop page once any filter is selected.
I observed one more thing.
Once I'm in category page i click filters for decoration, price and quantity, it loads and come up in same category page and does not changes it path it remain in same page but once i click any category it reloads to the shop page.
Page just refreshes and leads to shop page
I guess ajax is not working
i have it's premium version .
Please help me out as it is a little urgent.

Looks like I understood the issue: https://brandifyco.com.au/all-products/?swoof=1&product_cat=umbrellas - the site using template for categories, do next please:
- create new page
- paste there shortcode [woof_products]
- set redirect attribute of widget OR shortcode [woof] to the link of this new page
- also, to make filter activation instant enable in the plugin Options 'Autosubmit' -> Yes https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230807164306.png + if you uses widget autosubmit also should be enabled there
AJAX will not work for category template, products only, so use redirect mode as is, but enable Autosubmit.
Alright so i created a test page and it refreshed page but the page remained same.
It didn't got your point regarding redirect link. Right now I'm not using any redirect URL but still the issue is there with redirecting to shop page.
how can i solve it? Should i add all category templates as pages?

About categories: https://brandifyco.com.au/product-category/bags/ - when you on any category page, and start filtering its not redirected you to main page, BUT issue is like another queries intercept HUSKY functionality
Should i add all category templates as pages? - just try to make it as an experiment
Can you please provide in the secrets area wp-admin + ftp access? If site is alive you can create test subdomain by https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

so if i added the category templates as pages then pages remain same but then categories filter should changes according to categories as well and it wont work on pages it will work on product category only.
like i added this test page for category drinkware .Now the categories on left should be
1.Metal Drink Bottle
2.Plastic Drink Bottle
3.Travel Mug
so i guess adding category templates as pages won't work we need to configure it's working within category template so that the categories is filter changes according to categories chosen.
Please help me out with it

- if you mean plugin options - I already did it in plugin options
- if you mean simple page https://brandifyco.com.au/drinkware/ and want to create page exactly for category 'drinkware' you need use attributes in both shortcodes https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof + https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof_products -> taxonomies – uses to display relevant filter-items in generated search form if activated: show count+dynamic recount+hide empty options in the plugin settings. Example: [woof is_ajax=1 taxonomies=product_cat:9,12+locations:30,31]

I have added main category pages
but all categories are having some sub categories as well
so if i select main category like appeal and head wear it works fine and remain on some page.
but now if i just select polo shirt category directly from menu then it then comes up with shop page again.

as if i add [woof_prdoucts] then it shows all products and adding pages for all categories and subcategories and adding short code with all relevant IDs would be really tough task.

Like i choose polo t-shirt from the menu not from filter it takes me to shop page and I'm okay if it takes to shop page but I need any short code which i add in shop page to filter current category. If i add pages layout for each category then i have to add pages for polo t-shirt, women polo shirts, men polos t-shirt and soo on. So it would be really tough. Right now wooccomerce default archive product widget is added there in shop page and it is not working fine as it shows only 2 products. I need to keep all pages with woof short code so is there anything for current query short code then please help me out

[woof_products] - this shortcode is not suitable for this. In this case, you should use the standard templates (archive). And it just depends on your theme
I'm having issues with pagination,
Once i select second page it just gives error that page not found.
