Hello,
I created a filter based on size attribute and I select the OR filtering logic.

When I go to our shop page and I select the size 40 I have 13 pages of products results.
If I select also the size 39 results are less, but if the or is working properly I think at least all the products with size 40 will display.

The same behaviour also if I select a colour.

Hello

I found the reason for this behavior.

My  test  video - https://c2n.me/4ctn77B.mp4

when in search there is "in stock" - filter excludes products with out of stock variations

An Examle:

Products  with variatiuns:  1) size  39  out of stock  2)  size 40  in stock

Search :  Size  39 OR 40  and  instock     -  in this case the filter will find the variation - size  39  out of stock   - and will exclude the parent product from the result
