Hello :)

I have the premium version of this plugin.  I am having difficulty getting all of my categories to show up on the filter.

I have two main categories that contain sub-categories.

The first category (Microscopes) works correctly with all the sub-categories showing on the product filter. Please see following screenshots:

The second category I have (Manufacturer) and it's sub-categories do not appear on the filter.  See screenshot:

I want users to be able to filter between both microscope types and available manufacturers.

Can you help me please?  Thank you very much. :)

Hi, further to my last message - I have figured out part of the problem.  The filter is of course showing options under the 'microscope' category but 'manufacturer' is an entirely different category so not shown in this class.  I understand that now.  I do not want 'manufacturer' as an option in the drop-down menu.  But I do want it to appear as an option on the product filter once users select an option from the category list (microscope, camera, lighting etc.).  So I am guessing I need to create the Manufacturers list as either Tags or Attributes or something else?

Can you please advise the best workaround for this? Thank you very much :)

I have tried playing with both tags and attributes as options, but despite trying I still cannot get anything to show on the product filter.  I must be doing something wrong...? :)

Okay, I am an idiot lol.  Don't worry, I figured it out :)

Sorry Pablo, I am still having an issue - slightly different this time.  I have worked out how to create a Manufacturer attribute with the different manufacturers set as the different values.   I have then used your (awesome) bulk editor to update all the products with the correct Manufacturer.  I currently only have one manufacturers products uploaded (Levenhuk) as I tweak things and get everything working.

Please see the page here: http://639.834.myftpupload.com/product-category/microscopes/

There are 93 products on that page, all of which have the Attribute Manufacturer with the value 'Levenhuk' selected correctly.  But there is still a '0' on the Product filter for Manufacturer/Levenhuk.

What am I doing wrong?  Thank you.

Hello

Please  disable  turbo mode - https://c2n.me/48YaJjp.png - and  do  a test

Hi Pablo, superb!  That seems to have resolved the problem.  Many thanks and have a great day.

Hi Pablo, okay we are definitely getting closer.  The filter now shows the correct numbers of items.  However, clicking on a filter doesn't actually make the products change.  See here: http://639.834.myftpupload.com/product-category/microscopes

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello

Looks like in the widget enabled 'Form AJAX redrawing' https://clip2net.com/s/48ZR6rj, disable it please

Sorry for the late reply.  I was out with clients all of last week.  That seems to have fixed it and the product filter appears to be working very well.  Thank you very much for your support.
