Multiple filters

Can someone please advise me on if this plugin supports this:
So I have a ecommerce store my main shop page doesnt have any filters however my 12 catergories pages will, but each cateegory page will have its own set on unique filters. Is there a way to basically make 12 different filter types?
I am having the filters show using a custom side bar widget, I have made 1 filter group and it works, but I wish to add different filters to different pages,

1) In category pages use shortcode - [woof_products] with attribute : taxonomies=product_cat:X Where X id your product category. ( if you use custom page )
2) In widgets use shortcode [woof] with attribute : * taxonomies=product_cat:X

tax_only - write taxonomies or products slug using comma

by_only - write any by-filter-elements there using comma: by_text,by_price,by_sku,by_author,by_insales,by_instock. Of course firstly user should enable extensions for that by-filter-elements
*- Do not forget set the same condition in [woof_products]

Thanks for your reply. It doesnt allow you to alter catergory pages so I am unable to enter that shortcode. Just to point out aswell each caterogry page is its own page for example, 3D Models, Videos etc. So
Is there another work around?
