Meta filter for colors

Hello, our clients has many products and many color variations. He would like to allow customers to filter products by colors but he has over 300 colors and the list is too long. (e.g."Sea","Glacier","Cyan",... we would like to group to one simple color:"Blue")
What we need is to filter by simple color pallete which will include only 10 basic colors which will group this long color palette.
Into Each product variation we added custom meta field which we would like to use for this functionality. So"Sea","Glacier","Cyan" product color variation has custom meta field"Blue".
How can we achieve this with your Woof product filter?
Client wants to show this simple color palette like this:

And on color selection, selected color variation with it's image will show up.

Unfortunately, the plugin does not have such a filter for meta fields.
