Hi, is it possible when someone selects a child category not to hide the parent categories?

Thank you in advance.

Hello

Please  drop  me  exact  link to the  issue

Hi Pablo, Thank you for your response.

If you check our e-commerce from a desktop, you'll see all the filters we have on the sidebar. (sorry for no English translation on the website, I hope google translate will do the trick for your test)

https://beautystory.gr/e-shop/

If you check a category from the filters (e.g. https://beautystory.gr/e-shop/?swoof=1&product_cat=brands) , the parent filters disappear and you can only see the children categories. I want to be able and display all filters (like in the first screen), with the checkbox of the categories that the user selected checked.

Is there a way to do this? Either"hack" or from the options of the plugin.

Thanks

Hi Pablo,

Disable swoof influence is"NO" already. I tried switching to"YES", but nothing changed.

hello

Can  you  drop  me  screenshots  with  the  plugin settings?

It looks like a conflict with a third party plugin

Hi Pablo,

I hope these screenshots help.

Hello

For some reason, the search result is displayed on the archive page(so the category is hidden)

It can cause this setting - https://c2n.me/4bSf9l5.png OR  conflict with a third party plugin

To  test   you can try  this  filter - https://wordpress.org/plugins/avalon23-products-filter-for-woocommerce/

Hi there,

Thank you for you message mate.

The other plugin you suggested didn't work very well so I removed it.

I'll try disabling some other plugins and see if there's a conflict or something.

I'll let you know if I find the solution.

Thank you again :)

Hello
