Is it possible to filter custom post type using woof without any other plugin?

I've registred some products inside custom post type but I could not filter them using WOOF checkbox, is it possible?

Disclaimer, I can filter the products using woof_text_filter, but I can't filter using the shortcode woof with checkbox
