How to filter only variation products from specific category

I have variations products in my website.
I didn't figure how to change all of the products which cost specific price.
For example, I would like to change all of the products which cost 99$ to 109$.
As you can see, in the filter I selected only products from 99 to 99 and filter according frame size.
But the results return with the product variation (marked in purple)
If i'll change the price in that situation and mark all of the products, it will change ALL of my products instead of the filtered products.
Please let me know how to do it, I wasted a lot of time on this change.

I have around 150 products which I need to change, so I need 150 clicks to disable each parent (the purple records)?
