Filtering issue with Product Categories

Dear Support Team,
I have created filters based on product categories and attributes.
Observations:
The Type of Product is the category while the Amount of Rooms is the attributes (plz refer to the screenshots).
If I just apply a filter based on the Amount of Rooms, I get the count in Aircon including installation correctly.
However, if I select Aircon including installation I get incorrect rooms.
Please note that if you see the sidebar you will notice that the product category is applied on the products along with rooms thats why if we filter via room we get correct results. But there is some problem with the category filter. Note that I have used"OR" logic filtering.
Steps to produce:
If you look at the rooms it gives you 4 options (1 room, 2 rooms, 3 rooms, 4 rooms) which make sense. Once you filter on aircon including installation you only get 2 options (1 room, 2 rooms)
Can you please look into this and help me to sort this issue?
P.S: I have already shared the codecanyon purchase code and site login access under private data.

This code is needed if the custom template uses its own query to the database.
it looks like it's not needed in your case.
