Filter return bad result

We have configure all filter with the AND condition.
When we choose two condition, if the select return result, the list contain the good filter (for example ADSL + 1 An link in private data) but if the select must return no result, the list seem contain a select with a OR (for example ADSL + 2 Ans)
Is it a bug or a configuration i haven't found ?

It works for the an. What was the problem ?
Otherwise I saw another bug, when you choose a master category on the same page for example Fibre, the combobox show 1749 result but the tab return 2 rows.
